How do I straighten action figure accessories?
Occasionally, I buy some action figures. And frequently, one or more of the accessories is bended. The package is still sealed, but already I can see something (a katana sword, a gun, anything) bended and deformed. So when I unpack them, and pose the figure, it looks pretty lame.
Is there any safe method of straightening the accessories?
Have two glasses of water – one hot, one cold. Dip the accessory into the hot water, hold it there for a few seconds, straighten it, dip it into the cold water.
