Racists, what level of education have you completed?
Sorry if I hurt anyone’s feelings. I’m trying to conduct a research to see whether is it true that most racists do not recieve any form of higher education.
If they are indeed educated (graduated from universities etc.), why would they be so narrow-minded as to judge people on their race/skin? This question has been puzzling me for quite some time. Everytime I encounter racism, I seem to think that racists are uneducated. Am I wrong to think this way?
Moreover, if they are indeed educated, they should spend time contributing to the society instead of sitting behind the computer,insulting one particular race.

I do agree with your question — and don’t condone racism of any kind — but it’s almost unfair to conclude that most racists are uneducated (e.g., haven’t graduated from high school and/or a university).
Anybody can be racist and have a PhD. However, close-minded people are usually just ‘uneducated’ and ignorant, and it’s sort of like being ‘uneducated’, but in a different way.
I hope I made sense in saying that. Judgments made upon other people based on the color of their skin and their physical appearance has nothing to do with having a college degree/high school diploma. It has to do with a person being too close-minded to realize that no matter how different one is, they shouldn’t be treated with racism.
And whitegirl: I did not read anything in the question that even came close to making the implication that you have to be 18-years-old with a Master’s degree.
